Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy
we provide this notice explaining our online information practices
and the choices you can make about the way your information
is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we
make it available on our homepage and at every point where
personally identifiable information may be requested.
Computer Works collects the following types of personal information:
names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers,
billing information, and complaint information. Providing
us your information will simply help us offer products and
services that we think you'd like to hear about. When you
choose to give personal information to us over the Internet
that we or our business partners may request, we will endeavor
to inform you how we will use the information.
Computer Works does not collect or maintain information from
those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part
of our sites are structured to attract anyone under the age
of 13.
Our websites are not set up to track, collect or distribute
personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs
do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data,
such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information

that run on Computer Works may be sponsored by Computer Works

this site may contain links to other sites on the Internet

practices of those web sites linked to Computer Works are
not covered by this privacy statement. These other sites may

personal information. Additionally, other companies which
place advertising on our site may collect information about
you when you view or click on their advertising through the
use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information.
You should contact these advertisers directly if you have

The information collected by Computer Works is used only
for the limited purposes of processing orders, for statistical
purposes for improving our site and service to you, and to
notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest
to you. Computer Works does not sell, trade, or rent your

Users can remove their information from our database by sending
an email to Computer Works. At this point, Computer Works
users will not receive future communications or mailings.If
you are uncomfortable with the idea of cookies, we recommend

to decline our cookies if your browser permits.
Computer Works believes strongly in providing you with the
ability to access and edit the personal information that you
have provided to us. We encourage you to promptly update your
information if it changes. To change, modify, or delete the

Once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings
made in our feedback area. Additionally, we will retain in
our files information you have requested to remove if necessary
to resolve disputes, or troubleshoot problems. Except as noted,
upon request we will delete your information from our databases.
However, due to the fact that we back up our systems, such
prior information is never completely removed from our databases.

identifiable information will be completely removed from our
backed-up databases in response to your requests.

server. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is
protected against unauthorized access.
